Goat Curry

Goat Curry

Today I am going to write about how to cook Indian style goat meat. It is very simple and easy to do.


Ingredient's:

1. 2 lb Goat Meat(cut into small pieces)
2. 2 Large Tomato's
3. 1/4 Cup Ginger Paste
4. 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
5. 3 Pieces Curry Leaf
6. 2 Pieces Bay Leaf
7. 2 Pieces Flat Cinnamon Stick
8. 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
9. 3 Tablespoon Curry Powder
10. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
11. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
12. Salt
13. 1/3 Cup Oil
14. Punch of Coriander Leaf
15. 1/2 Teaspoon Gram Powder
16. 1/2 Turmeric Powder
17. 2 Potato's

Instruction:

1. Wash the Goat Meat and keep it separately.
2. Cut the Onions, Tomato's, Potato's, Coriander Leaf, and Curry Leaf into tiny pieces.
3. Take a cooking vessel and pour the oil after the oil heat put the cumin seeds, curry leaf,gram powder, flat cinnamon stick , bay leaf and onions.
4. Fry the onions into brown color after that put the garlic paste, ginger paste and turmeric powder.
5. Fry for few minutes and add the goat meat and fry for few minutes.
6. Later add 2 Cup water and mix in the goat meat.
7. Leave for a hour until the goat meat cooked.
8. Then, add the tomato's and cook for few minutes.
9. Final Step, add the potato's,coriander powder,salt and chilly powder after the masala cooked well add the coriander leaf.(Goat meat curry must be little bit thick).

Delicious Goat Meat Is Ready.
