Egg Curry

Egg Curry
Today I am going to tell about how make egg curry. It is very famous and traditional food for Non-Veg People in Southern India. I taste really very delicious.


Ingredient's:

1. 6 White or Brown Egg
2. 3 Large Onions
3. 2 Large Tomato's
4. 3 Green Chillies
5. 4 Pieces Curry Leaf
6. 1 Whole Garlic
7. 1/3 Mustard Seeds
8. 1/3 Cumin Seeds
9. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
10. 1/2 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
11. 1/3 Cup Oil
12. Salt
13. Turmeric Powder

Instruction:

1. Cut the Onions, Tomato's, Garlic, Chillies and Curry Leaf into small pieces.
2. Take a bowl and break the egg and put it in the bowl.
3. Add the half of the onions, Garlic, Salt and Whole Chillies and mix it evenly with egg.
4. Take a fry pan spray the oil, after the fry pan heat pour the egg and make it Omelet and cut it into small pieces.
5. Next Step, take a cooking vessel pour the oil after the oil heat put the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, curry leaf and Onions.
6. After the onions turn into brown colour put the tomato's.
7. After the tomato's cooked well add two cup water mix the coriander powder, turmeric powder and chili powder.
8. Final Step, Leave the masala until cook(it must be little bit thick) after that add the egg Omelet one by one.


Delicious Egg-Curry Is Ready.
