Fish Curry

Fish Curry
Today I am going cook Fish Curry. It is very easy and simple to do.

Ingredient's

1.  2 lb Fish
2.  6 Tablespoon Tamarind Paste
3. 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
4. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
5. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
6. 1 Whole Garlic
7. 2 Large Onions
8. 1 Tomato
9. 6 Pieces Curry Leaf
10. 2 Tablespoon Fish Masala
11. 10 Tablespoon Oil
12. Salt(Your taste)

Instruction:

1. Wash the fish and keep it separately
2. Cut the Onions, tomato, Curry Leaf and Garlic into small pieces.
3. Take One cup of water mix the turmeric powder, tamarind paste, chilly powder and salt.
4. Take a cooking vessel and keep it in the stove and pour the oil.
5. After the oil heat put the curry leaf, garlic and onions.
6. Fry the onions Until brown color and add the tomato.
7. After the tomato cooked put the fish curry and fry few minutes.
8. Add the tamarind water in the masala after the masala boiled well put the fish.
9. After fish cooked off the stove.
