Chicken Rasam

Chicken  Rasam

Chicken  Rasam  is very famous in Southern Part of India. It is very good, when we get sick. It taste very delicious and very easy to do.


Ingredient's:

1. 4 Chicken Drumstick
2. 1 Piece Ginger
3. 2 Large Onions
4. 2 Large Tomato's
5. 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
6. 3 Pieces Curry Leaf
7. 2 Pieces Bay Leaf
8. 2 Pieces Flat Cinnamon Stick
9. Punch Coriander Leaf
10. Salt
11. 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
12. 1/2 Tablespoon Pepper
13. 4 Tablespoon Oil
14. 6 Pieces Garlic

Instruction:

1. Wash the bone in salt water 4 or 5 times.
2. Cut the Onions, Tomato's, Curry Leaf and Coriander Leaf into small.
3. Mash the Pepper,Ginger,Garlic and Chicken drumstick and keep it separately.
4. Take a cooking vessel and the pour the oil. 
5. After the oil heat put the mustard seeds, bay leaf, curry leaf, flat cinnamon stick, pepper,Turmeric powder,Garlic,Tomato's and Onion.
6. Fry the Onion's until brown colour after that put the chicken drumstick.
7. Fry few minutes after that add 3 Cup water.
8. Leave it until the Chicken drumstick cooked well.
9. After the Chicken drumstick cooked add the salt and coriander leaf.




Delicious Chicken Rasam is Ready.
