Shrimp Fry

Shrimp Fry
Shrimp Fry is very easy and Delicious if you do in Indian style. Let's start to do.


Ingredient's:


1. 1 Packet Shrimp.(without Shell)
2. 1 Large Potato's
3. 2 Large Onions
4. 4 Pieces Curry Leaf
5. 1/2 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
6. 5 Pieces Garlic
7. 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
8. 2 Tablespoon Curry Masala.
9. Salt(your Taste)
10. 1/2 Cup Oil


Instruction:


1. Clean the shrimp and keep it separately.
2. Cut the Onions, Garlic, Curry Leaf and Potato's into cut into small pieces.
3. Take large fry pan and keep it in the stove.
4. Pour the oil after the oil heat put the mustard seeds, curry leaf,garlic and Onions.
5. Fry the onions until brown colour after that put the curry powder and chilly powder and fry few minutes.
6. Later add 1/3 cup water after the masala boiled add the potato's.
7. Cook until potato's cooked.
8. Final Step, add the shrimp leave it until it cooked.

Crab Curry

Crab Curry
Crab Curry is simple to make. I am going tell Indian style crab curry. It is spicy and delicious.

Ingredient's:

1. 1 Pocked Cleaned Crab
2. 1 Whole Garlic
3. 2 Large Tomato's
4. 2 Large Onions
5. 3 Curry Leaf
6. 3 Red Dry Chillies
7. 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
8. 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
9. 1/3 Cup Oil
10. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
11. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
12. 1/3 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
13. 2 Tablespoon Curry Masala
14. Salt(Your taste)
15. 2 Tablespoon Tamarind paste


Instruction:


1. Clean the crab and cut it into small pieces.
2. Cut the Onions, Tomato's, Garlic and Curry Leaf into small pieces.
3. Take 1 Cup water and add tamarind paste, turmeric, coriander powder,salt and chilly powder
4. Take a Cooking vessel and pour the oil.
5. After the oil heat add the mustard seeds, curry leaf,cumin seeds and onions.
6. Fry the onions until brown colour after that add the tomato's.
7. After tomato's cook add the curry masala and fry few minutes.
8. After that, add the crab and fry until crab colour change into red colour.
9.  Pour the tamarind and coriander powder mixed water top of the crab curry.
10 Final Step, Cook until the crab cooked well.(Crab curry must be thick)

Brussels Sprout Egg Curry

 Brussels Sprout Egg Curry
Today I am going to do  Brussels Sprout Egg Curry. It taste very delicious and easy to make.


Ingredient's:
1. 1lb Brussels Sprout
2. 2 Large Onions
3. 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
4. 3 Pieces Curry Leaf
5. 5 Green Chillies
6. 3 Eggs
7. Salt
8. 6 Tablespoon Oil
9. 3 Pieces Garlic

Instruction:
1. Cut the Brussels Sprout into very tiny pieces
2. Cut the Onions, Chillies, Garlic, Curry Leaf into small Pieces.
3. Take a bowl break egg and put the egg in the bowl and mix with salt.
4. Take a fry pan and pour the oil after the oil heat put the mustard seeds, garlic, curry leaf and onions.
5. Fry the onions until brown colour after that put the egg and fry until the egg cooked.
6. Final step, put the Brussels sprout  and add the salt, cook until the Brussels sprout well.

Egg Curry

Egg Curry
Today I am going to tell about how make egg curry. It is very famous and traditional food for Non-Veg People in Southern India. I taste really very delicious.


Ingredient's:

1. 6 White or Brown Egg
2. 3 Large Onions
3. 2 Large Tomato's
4. 3 Green Chillies
5. 4 Pieces Curry Leaf
6. 1 Whole Garlic
7. 1/3 Mustard Seeds
8. 1/3 Cumin Seeds
9. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
10. 1/2 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
11. 1/3 Cup Oil
12. Salt
13. Turmeric Powder

Instruction:

1. Cut the Onions, Tomato's, Garlic, Chillies and Curry Leaf into small pieces.
2. Take a bowl and break the egg and put it in the bowl.
3. Add the half of the onions, Garlic, Salt and Whole Chillies and mix it evenly with egg.
4. Take a fry pan spray the oil, after the fry pan heat pour the egg and make it Omelet and cut it into small pieces.
5. Next Step, take a cooking vessel pour the oil after the oil heat put the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, curry leaf and Onions.
6. After the onions turn into brown colour put the tomato's.
7. After the tomato's cooked well add two cup water mix the coriander powder, turmeric powder and chili powder.
8. Final Step, Leave the masala until cook(it must be little bit thick) after that add the egg Omelet one by one.

Chicken Rasam

Chicken  Rasam

Chicken  Rasam  is very famous in Southern Part of India. It is very good, when we get sick. It taste very delicious and very easy to do.


Ingredient's:

1. 4 Chicken Drumstick
2. 1 Piece Ginger
3. 2 Large Onions
4. 2 Large Tomato's
5. 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
6. 3 Pieces Curry Leaf
7. 2 Pieces Bay Leaf
8. 2 Pieces Flat Cinnamon Stick
9. Punch Coriander Leaf
10. Salt
11. 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
12. 1/2 Tablespoon Pepper
13. 4 Tablespoon Oil
14. 6 Pieces Garlic

Instruction:

1. Wash the bone in salt water 4 or 5 times.
2. Cut the Onions, Tomato's, Curry Leaf and Coriander Leaf into small.
3. Mash the Pepper,Ginger,Garlic and Chicken drumstick and keep it separately.
4. Take a cooking vessel and the pour the oil. 
5. After the oil heat put the mustard seeds, bay leaf, curry leaf, flat cinnamon stick, pepper,Turmeric powder,Garlic,Tomato's and Onion.
6. Fry the Onion's until brown colour after that put the chicken drumstick.
7. Fry few minutes after that add 3 Cup water.
8. Leave it until the Chicken drumstick cooked well.
9. After the Chicken drumstick cooked add the salt and coriander leaf.




Delicious Chicken Rasam is Ready.

Goat Curry

Goat Curry

Today I am going to write about how to cook Indian style goat meat. It is very simple and easy to do.


Ingredient's:

1. 2 lb Goat Meat(cut into small pieces)
2. 2 Large Tomato's
3. 1/4 Cup Ginger Paste
4. 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
5. 3 Pieces Curry Leaf
6. 2 Pieces Bay Leaf
7. 2 Pieces Flat Cinnamon Stick
8. 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
9. 3 Tablespoon Curry Powder
10. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
11. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
12. Salt
13. 1/3 Cup Oil
14. Punch of Coriander Leaf
15. 1/2 Teaspoon Gram Powder
16. 1/2 Turmeric Powder
17. 2 Potato's

Instruction:

1. Wash the Goat Meat and keep it separately.
2. Cut the Onions, Tomato's, Potato's, Coriander Leaf, and Curry Leaf into tiny pieces.
3. Take a cooking vessel and pour the oil after the oil heat put the cumin seeds, curry leaf,gram powder, flat cinnamon stick , bay leaf and onions.
4. Fry the onions into brown color after that put the garlic paste, ginger paste and turmeric powder.
5. Fry for few minutes and add the goat meat and fry for few minutes.
6. Later add 2 Cup water and mix in the goat meat.
7. Leave for a hour until the goat meat cooked.
8. Then, add the tomato's and cook for few minutes.
9. Final Step, add the potato's,coriander powder,salt and chilly powder after the masala cooked well add the coriander leaf.(Goat meat curry must be little bit thick).

Delicious Goat Meat Is Ready.

Fish Curry

Fish Curry
Today I am going cook Fish Curry. It is very easy and simple to do.

Ingredient's

1.  2 lb Fish
2.  6 Tablespoon Tamarind Paste
3. 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
4. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
5. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
6. 1 Whole Garlic
7. 2 Large Onions
8. 1 Tomato
9. 6 Pieces Curry Leaf
10. 2 Tablespoon Fish Masala
11. 10 Tablespoon Oil
12. Salt(Your taste)

Instruction:

1. Wash the fish and keep it separately
2. Cut the Onions, tomato, Curry Leaf and Garlic into small pieces.
3. Take One cup of water mix the turmeric powder, tamarind paste, chilly powder and salt.
4. Take a cooking vessel and keep it in the stove and pour the oil.
5. After the oil heat put the curry leaf, garlic and onions.
6. Fry the onions Until brown color and add the tomato.
7. After the tomato cooked put the fish curry and fry few minutes.
8. Add the tamarind water in the masala after the masala boiled well put the fish.
9. After fish cooked off the stove.

Fry Fish

Today I am going to do Indian style fish fry. It is very easy and simple to do.


Ingredient's:

1. 3 Pieces king Fish
2. 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
3. Salt(your taste)
4. 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
5. 2 Tablespoon Fish Masala
6. 1/2 Litre Oil(any Oil)
7. 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instruction:

1. First clean the fish with salt water.
2. Take a bowl and  put the salt, turmeric powder, fish masala, oil and chili Powder and mix everything.
3. Keep it in the fridge for 6 hours.
4. After that take a fry pan and keep it in the stove and pour the oil.
5. After the oil heat put the fish one by one and cook until brown colour.

Today I am going to do Indian style chicken curry. It spicy and taste very delicious. Chicken curry is best combination of Idly, Dosa, Roti, Chapati and Rice.


Ingredient's:

1. 1Kg White Chicken(Cut into small Pieces)
2. 5 Pieces Ginger
3. 3 Pieces Garlic
4. 6 Pieces Green Chillies
5. 5 Pieces Curry Leaf
6. 3 Pieces Bay Leaf
7. 2 Pieces Flat Cinnamon Sticks
8. 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
9. 3 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
10. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Powder
11. 2 Tablespoon Chicken Masala
12. 1/2 Teaspoon Gram Masala
13. Salt(Your taste)
14. 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
15. 8 Tablespoon Oil
16. Punch of Coriander Leaf
17. 2 Large Onions
18. 2 Large Tomato's

Instruction:

1.  Wash the chicken with salt and turmeric 4 or 5 times and keep it separately.
2.  Cut the ginger, garlic, onions, curry leaf, coriander and tomato's into tiny pieces.
3. Put the garlic, ginger and cumin seeds in the blender and blend it like paste.
4. Take a cooking vessel and put it in the stove.
5. Pour the oil after the oil heat put the flat cinnamon sticks, curry leaf, bay leaf, gram masala, garlic paste and onions.
6. Fry the onions until brown colour after that put tomato's and fry until it cooked.
7. After that put the chicken masala and fry few minutes.
8. Next Step, put the chicken and fry for few minutes after that pour two cup of water and mix it with chicken.
9. Final Step, put the coriander powder and chilly powder after it cooked well add the coriander.

Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken
Today I am going to tell about Tandoori Chicken. Tandoori Chicken is Traditional Food in India. Every body like tandoori chicken, this tandoori chicken is specially made by me. Let start to do.


Ingredient's:

1. 6 Pieces Chicken Drumstick
2. 2 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala
3. Salt(your taste)
4. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
5. 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
6. 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instruction:

1.  Wash the chicken leg in Turmeric water.
2. Take a bowl and mix the tandoori masala, salt, red chilly, oil and garlic powder.
3. Take a chicken leg and mix with the masala and put it in the fridge for 6 hours.
4. After that take the pan and put the chicken in the pan and kept it in the oven about 350 F.
5. For Every 20 minutes turn the chicken both sides.
6. Cook For 40 Minutes or Until Brown Colour.
